“Prompt, reasonable price Xylimelts. The tablet boxes were slightly flattened inside the padded bag, but without damage to the actual tablets strips. Is it worth considering more reinforced (e.g. cardboard) packaging? I used to get these from direct from the makers, but as soon as they switched from stiff card packaging to padded bag I had an order arrive with substantial damage and a package missing. Their response was far from satisfactory, hence I switched to Dental Direct, and I have been happy with their service overall.”

“Good service from Dentaldirect. Only one small issue I did not receive a confirmation email for my order. However I spoke to a very helpful person on the phone who reassured me that my order had been received and that my items had been dispatched. Would definitely recommend.”

“Very quick and efficient. As a new customer, it would have been nice to have received an order confirmation via email just for peace of mind but aside from that, I’m happy and will use them again.”

“Have bought from DD before, as they can usually supply products that can be hard to get on the high street and in supermarkets. Good products, prices, and service. Seems to take a while for orders to get processed and despatched compared to other online businesses I use, but not had a problem.”

“Order arrived in reasonable time. One product carton arrived slightly crushed but actual contents not affected - cannot say whether this is due to carrier error or Dentaldirect (either inadequate protection or sent already damaged). Otherwise would have been excellent rating.”
