“My first order was cancelled because it was apparently out of stock, although when I placed the order it did not state this. I found out when I checked my account because I was wondering what the delay was. It would have been helpful to be informed that this was the case. My second order was delivered in a timely manner.”

“I have used this company many times to order soft toothbrushes (almost unobtainable here). I made a suggestion to an employee about the website and within half an hour my suggestion has been added to the description. I bought 18 toothbrushes, they arrived very promptly, well packed and are now sitting in the cupboard waiting to be used.”

“Quick delivery and via Royal Mail for us is ideal in the countryside. Products are exactly as described and all intact well packaged. Only problem I had was availabilty of what I needed but that just means planning quantities to get free delivery. On the whole I would recommend this company especially as they have specialist products you otherwise have to slog around multiple shops for.”
