“I wrote to you immediately after the order was placed as I noted that, despite the different delivery & account addresses, the delivery address had been ignored. I emailed immediately to confirm where the goods should be sent, but this too was ignored & the mouthwash I ordered was sent to the wrong address. I would like to claim a refund for the item & delivery charge. Can you get back to me to confirm please?”

Dear Customer Thank you for taking the time to send us a review. Firstly please accept my apologies for not responding to your email advising that the order was to go to a different address. Orders are sent out automatically without any human intervention on checking if address are correct and also in many cases before we receive any emails requesting any changes to orders.
