“I placed an order on 21 December and paid extra for courier delivery in the hope of delivery before Christmas. This did not happen until 5 January, and the parcel had been sent by 2mf class royal mail despite the courier supplement I had paid. I am still awaiting a response to ,y request for refund.”

Hello, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you expected your order earlier than what was delivered. As advised on our website during the festive period, orders made after the 17th of December would likely be subject to delays and would not arrive before Christmas as our warehouse would be closing until the new year. In regards to the paid-for courier service, I can see that you have already been issued a refund on the 12th of this month.
