“I was messaged to tell me that not all of what I'd ordered was in stock. Then messaged saying my order had been dispatched, few days later messaged again to apologise for the delay but it was now being dispatched. Still took well over a week to arrive”

“Order something paid 1st class postage. Package didn’t arrived, emailed and was told it had been sent 2nd class and there is a Christmas back log at Royal Mail. 2 weeks later still no package. Emailed asking for a refund no reply!! Absolute jokers do not order from here!”
