“Having some trouble getting over six hours adhesion from the fixative. Some oozing occurs, possibly too much used. Have tried even spread, and recommended placing on the plate, still with varied results. could you advise.”

“Great product (Oral B 2500) at the right price. Only negative is that the rapid delivery was spoilt by the requirement for a signature on delivery - as I was out my toothbrush was taken 9 miles away to the sorting office by the post man and I had to collect the following day! Very inconvenient! Would have preferred a courier delivery service where they will leave packages in a safe place without a signature!”

“All good, prompt delivery, missed fifth star as total cost was unclear until the end of the order process, particularly whether VAT inclusive or additional. It was additional. Got 10% discount off next order, as long as I spend over thirty quid. Will weigh total costs against rival suppliers when the time comes.”

“Very pleased with my purchasing experience with Dentaldirect. The only downside was that, at the time, they were unable to send a confirmation email of the transaction. On ringing them I was immediately answered by a helpful assistant who explained that they were having difficulties with their website. Hopefully, this problem has now been resolved.”

“Bought tooth mousse. I'm fine with the product (good long expiry date) and the delivery times. Would have given 5* if the packaging had been better. The tubes were ok but the tube cartons had suffered because of post packaging. Won't hesitate in using them again.”
