“Very competitive price but had to exceed £25 spend to avoid postage charge. Still worthwhile but won't need to order again soon as I now have 6 months supply of specialist toothpaste.”

“There was a week's delay in fulfilling my order with no contact to explain. When I contacted Dental Direct an explanation of goods being out of stock was given, an alternative immediately suggested and upgraded immediate dispatch. In the end all was very good, it was just a pity that no warning about delay was flagged up”

“My dentist had recommended curaprox brushes and searching the web led me to DentalDirect. The purchasing was straightforward but, unlike Amazon, the brush took a few days to arrive. I've now used the brush for a couple of days and feel it will really benefit my poor gums. I'm very pleased.”

“Dental direct provided a product I couldn't find anywhere else - a toothpaste with low mint content and designed for my sore mouth, plus a mouth gel to sooth and promote healthier levels of saliva when my mouth dries. The toothpaste is better than normal toothpaste and the gel definitely soothes. Not too expensive either, considering. Delivery was slower than I would have liked, but that's only because some companies get stuff to you in about 2 days I will buy these products again if I don't find a solution for my sore mouth”

“Unbeatable prices coupled with good service. An error led to the wrong item being included so I sent an email and received a response to return the items Freepost and that the correct items were already in the post. Unfortunately I had just called to ask what I should do - and had to use the 0845 number which is not ideal given that it was their mistake. However, the savings more than made up for that.”

“Only received items yesterday. Packed well and no leaks with products. Daughter used the vitis toothpaste and gargle once and feels ok and she didn't mind the taste of the gargle. I used the retardex toothpaste twice and so far so good.”
