“Service provided by Dental Direct was professional and efficient. The product is one I have used for years and continues to effectively do the job it is designed to do. My one irritation, which has nothing to do with Dental Direct is that the brushes come in specially designed plastic containers in fives. As I ordered 30 this is not environmentally friendly and worse it is single use plastic. Anything Dental Direct can do to persuade the manufacturer to change the packaging (preferably not plastic packs of 10 or 20) would be welcome”

“The only way to get a full set of the brushes I like is to get them from Dental Direct. The chemist shops and supermarkets only ever have some of the different sizes and types of brush. If you buy in bulk (saving both time and postage) they compare very favourable in the price of even the most popular savings shops.”

“the items I bought CTS Interspace Brushes are fine and good price but....... On 5th March I ordered and paid for Royal Mail First Class Next working day delivery after complaining on 9th March I was told their system updates were wrong, so they reordered for me on 9th March They eventually arrived on 16th March. I did however get a refund of the postage”

“Registered with dental direct a week ago as I need constant supply of interdental brushes, gengigel and fluoride mouthwash; the service provide is excellent, delivery quicker than expected and obviously cheaper than high street, 10/10”
