“Initially my order didn't arrive after a couple of weeks so I contacted Dental Direct who apologised and advised me that it must have been lost in the post. I was advised that they would dispatch another order. After a couple of days my order arrived. Great service, thank you!”

“There was no problem with the products which were basic but I was unhappy with the ridiculous amount of packaging surrounding a few small brushes and brush heads. I now have a box of polystyrene pieces which can't be recycled and I find that depressing. The items weren't in the least bit fragile and could have fitted easily into an envelope. I definitely won't order again from Dentaldirect.”
