“No email comformation. Wasn,t sure if I would actually get my order. Money was taken straight out of my account but didn,t get goods for 7 days. No customer service at all.”

“The package arrived ripped and the two packs of interdental brushes were missing. The invoice was still enclosed but also torn. They were only in an ordinary envelope which obviously was not strong enough for the items which have sharp edges. I telephoned that day and was told you would send some more which was helpful but I am still waiting for the delivery. I appreciate that at the moment deliveries will be delayed.”

“This is the first correspondence I have had from you. The money was taken around 5 days after the order was made and I an still waiting on an email confirming my order number and when the delivery is due. I expected the delivery to be delayed due to the current situation completely understandable , however to have had no email from you following the order tis extremely poor. up until now I have not nowhere to correspond to find out the details.”

“Absolutelly shocking costumer service, ordered an item which then turned out was not on stock(I checked the website after a few days, as I did not get confirmation e-mail, so they did not even notified me that it was out of stock), no confirmation was sent about the order being placed or confirmed however my bank details were ofc stored so they can hold the business whenever it s suits them. After a whole month of placing the order and without any communication or e-mail I realised they have taken money from my account a few days ago, but of course I have ordered the same item somewhere else as I thought my order was not happening because I was not told anything until I sent them an e-mail about why my money was taken after a month time. However, because they don t send you any e-mails about your order that leaves you no chance to cancel or get a refund only you can return the item at your on expense. Don t even bother asking for help as they will not even try to understand what are you on about, let alone admiting mistakes or rectifying the issue. Would not recommend ordering from here.”
