The texture is light and creamy like a moisturizer, which makes it incredibly pleasant to use. It also includes other great skincare ingredients that, thanks to the combination with 20% azelaic acid, I can now tolerate without issue. The product is offered at a fantastic price point, with quick shipping and excellent customer service.\r\n\r\nOne suggestion I have is for the company to ensure better stock management. During their Black Friday special, they ran out of this product, and I was left without it for two weeks. Unfortunately, this caused a severe flare for me, highlighting how important this product is for those of us relying on it for our skincare and health. "This is my third bottle. I use this morning and night and for me, it\u2019s a miracle cream. My breakouts are less frequent and less intense. I see big results when I use it on hormonal acne. Within 2-3 days my big pimples are almost gone. I\u2019ll keep ordering as long as it keeps working for me! There sometimes is a tingling or itching sensation which is very normal from what I\u2019ve read. I suggest if you have very sensitive skin to start off slow though as this cream is pretty strong. Give it time and your skin will be glowing."
