I had to dock a star because there is a difference between the ingredients listed on the site and the ingredients listed on the packaging, so I'm not sure which is correct. One ingredient in particular in the azelaic acid cream -- ethylhexylglycerin -- was not listed in the ingredients on the site but it's on the packaging. Unfortunately, this is something I'm very sensitive to so I'm not sure which is the source of truth and if it'll cause issues for me.”
“So far my experience has been great, when I have an issue they are quick to respond and help. The products are great, but limited. I started with just the personalized formula, but have since added the moisturizer. The first one I used was the ceramide moisturizer and unfortunately it made me break out. They offered me a refund and advised another type to try. The new one I have (soothing cantella gel) been using is already better- no breakouts! Yay! Feels good on my skin and I am hoping it gets better from here! I really wish there was spf incorporated into the moisturizer, but other than that no complaints!”

However, I have only been using it for five days, so I haven't seen any improvement in the dark spots on my chest and hands, which is what I am using it for. it is very pleasant to use, especially since I have sensitive skin--there is no stinging or burning, no fragrance to cause irritation. There is a very slight odor, but it dissipates quickly.”
