Boots great but returns policy confusing. No mention of the £5 to be charged with a prepaid label which is not prepaid as you have to include £5 in cash in the boots!! Watch out for this if you have concerns about the size. It implies returns policy is easy and no mention of a charge. Left a sour taste in the mouth as the boots are lovely but unfortunately he wrong size.

Wrong boots arrived. Had too go out of my way to post old ones back. Won't post the correct ones until wrong ones returned. Two weeks later still no boots.

Oh, I am so sorry, I just tried to wear new boots and they are too big:(((. However I normaly use european size 39 and in ur tab it wad written like yours 6, I would need 5. What now? Send it back to you? Thanks for response Lysbet

I had to return my boots as the order had reverted to the original size 12 that came up on the order, I returned them on 27th July and I am still waiting for the size I asked for, it's now 14th August Very disappointed as the boots for the price were great

Hi Harry, Sorry to hear your boots are a little too big, if you are satisfied keeping the pair, I would suggest putting some insoles inside the boots, this will also increase the comfort although desert boots are remarkably comfortable. I ordered a pair of boots that clearly said was in stock, a few days later I received a call to say that sorry but the boots are out of stock despite the fact they was still showing as in stock on the internet but they would be with me in a few days in time for a birthday as they were a gift. After receiving no boots and no communication I decided to call and find out what was going on only to be told sorry your boots wont be here till the end of the month!!!! The boots were ordered on the 10th April. I think this company advertises boots as being in stock and then import them. I asked for a refund which I did receive quite promptly but would not advise ordering from this company to avoid disappointment.

Hi Cheryl We are very sorry about the experience you had. We don’t import based on when we receive an order, however if we have a sudden large quantity of orders, such as in your case it, the shoes can oversell then we have to import more stock. Boots were labelled 11 but were clearly much smaller, up to half inch shorter than all other size 11 shoes I own. Customer service staff unhelpful and failed to do what we had agreed, such as ringing back with information. In short I wouldn't buy from them.

AWFUL. The craftsman ship is disgusting. NO INSOLE. Just bare plastic at the bottom of the shoe. Glue still showing. I know these boots are cheap but this was taking the mick a bit. I will be returning pronto.

NOT the colour shown in the picture. Dont order these boots unless you want them to come in bright purple, rather than the steely colour shown in the picture. Really unhelpful when asked for a refund, and despite this issue refused to pay for return shipping. Would definitely not recommend.

My first order never came because it was out of stock and I was never notified about this. I only found out when I rang up six days later. I have now re ordered but I feel the order process appears to be going really slow for delivery, hopefully my views can be switched around with this delivery.

NOT!!! Received my purchased! Very very poor customer service. Very poor supervisor . Phoned to check where they were, then no return phone call. phoned again to be told I would receive them on Wednesday the 9.10.13. Didn't arrive then, I! phoned again to be told I that there was a problem with the dispatch and would be receiveing them till Tuesday 15.10.13. Asked for special delivery, supervisor very awkward and un helpful.( I ask for them if at all possible to receive them by the 11.10.13 when I placed the order as we had a wedding on the Saturday. )Didn't bother to let me know...supervisor bit of a smart Alec . I seemed to be doing the chasing....... Still not received to date, no apology for the delay. So not happy with service at all.

Having bought a pair of boots from you i found out that they were faulty, i emailed yourselves and was told to take a photo of the fault and it would be examined, having waited a week i emailed again asking what was happening and got a reply that i had to send them back to you and a decision would be made. Having again waited another week or so without reply i emailed again and again untill 4 or 5 days later i got a reply telling me that they had mislaid the boots and did i have proof of postage, and having looked i cant find it so i emailled this back to you a week ago and i still have not heard anything again. Overall this is now in its 5th week and i am still nowhere nearer a conclusion and i think the service that i have recieved is extremely poor and await your responce.

Initially I was very pleased with the purchase but after about 3 months the soles wore down to reveal holes approx 1cm in dia every 1cm across the sole and heel in rows to cover thee whole sole. I now have had the boots 6 mnths and they are only good as slippers around the haous. The boots used to be of good manufacture adn I could get 18 mnths wear out of them. They are now a waste of money
