“the first sign went missing and a second had to be dispatched, when delivered there was no fixings or spacers and the silver back plate was scratched”

“Alot smaller in size than thought, numbers were very small and there was a line right down the middle of the slate which made it look quite poor quality. Wont be using it”

“The sign was good in-terms of print quality and fixtures and fitting. However the printed astatate film which is stuck to the plastic board has already begun to peel from one corner. Shall have to replace as looks tatty. Won’t be ordering this style of sign again.”

“I order the same sign as last time but this time it came with only two holes and the last order came with 4 holes. There was no option on their website to opt for 2 or 4 hole ..... why????”

Hi John I am sorry to hear this is the case. I have looked back through your communication with our Design team and can see that you had approved the artwork with two holes which is why your sign was despatched in this way. However this being said, if you can return the sign to us, we will be happy to re-manufacture this with four holes. I hope this helps. Thank you.

“Vinyl window sign we ordered was pretty poor quality. Acceptable if you want it for a temporary promotion, but not if you want to use permanently for your company name. Also took almost two weeks to arrive.”

“There was no instructions as to how to place it on window correctly. As we have tried to take the air bubbles out of sign the artwork has rubbed away”

“The sign is nice, but the delivery period was way over what I had been advised and it left me in a pickle with no signage. The wrapping is completely unnecessary - about 4 metres of plastic bubble wrap... there are alternatives that they can use and I am sending them this back (at my expense) so they can use for somebody else. Also, no screws for installation included.”
