Hi Arthur, I am sorry to hear this arrived late. I can confirm that we did ship on time , it would appear the item was delayed whilst with the shipping company. I have refunded the shipping charges for you.

“I ordered 4 key-rings, only 2 arrived and 1 of these was faulty. I contacted Design by email, who responded extremely quickly and assumed me that replacements would be sent. A full week later I am still waiting !!!”

I am sorry to hear one of the shipments has not arrived yet. I am contacting the shipping company to establish what has caused the delay.
