“Great experience with Designer Bathware — excellent service, quality products, and really helpful advice throughout the process. A special thanks to Chantelle for assisting me multiple times with my orders — she was always friendly and made everything easy. Highly recommend!”
“I was searching for a specific kitchen mixer tap (which was apparently no longer available). Designer Bathware tracked it down within a few days and delivered it to me immediately. The delivery person dropped it off to an adjacent address because I was not home. He did so without complaint. This was a welcome first experience with Designer Bathware that left me with a very positive interaction experience. Thanks.”

“Chantelle went above and beyond to ensure our purchase was delivered. Two other stores had failed to follow up manufacturer and had refunded money. Chantelle not only accepted the order but followed through with chasing up the supplier and ensuring delivery. Amazing service as we live interstate. Thankyou. Simply brilliant.”

“Firstly many thanks to the most helpful and knowledgable Chantelle who made our procurement of the things we needed for our new en-suite so much easier. We did not shop around, we chose everything from Deisgner Bathware due to the excellent service and information that Chantelle provided. As yet, the product is still waiting to be installed. We cannot wait to see the final result. We felt that we were being provided with quality product and service here. Also we thank Shane, Shan was instrumental in making our purchase easier by providing constant and informative feedback in response to our queries about delivery.”
“Designer Bathware has a gready range of stylish and high-quality products. I purchased some Meir products. These were very competitively priced delivered for free.”
“Could not recommend Designer Bathware any higher.
The team have been fantastic on two key points:
1. Service: Christian and the team were incredibly helpful during the purchasing process and also very supportive with my questions post-sale.
2. Price: when building our list, Designer Bathware ensured we paid the best price against local competitors, without hassle.
Having purchased from larger retailers in the past, I wouldn’t look beyond Designer Bathware when needing these products in the future and have happily recommended them to friends and family.”
“The team at Designer Bathware was very helpful, friendly and understanding. I had to swap the wall hung vanity i bought for a freestanding. Tom and Jessica were great at finding a replacement, especially Jessica. She organised the replacement vanity and its delivery within two days to meet our deadlines. Can't thank you enough, Jess and Team. Brilliant work and customer service! Highly recommended!”
