“Absolutely delighted with my new sofa. From order to delivery the communication and process was very good. The sofa is of lovely quality and great value for the money. I live in an old cottage with some restrictions to access but the delivery guys were brilliant and did not make a drama out of it”

“I was a little apprehensive about buying online without seeing the products, however when the goods arrived I was pleasantly surprised and happy, chesterfield 2 seater sofa and 2 high back winged chair’s in antique brown, the quality and workmanship was excellent, one small issue but that was resolved to my satisfaction within 48 hours. To this end I ordered another chesterfield club chair a week later. Cannot wait to get this, and another bonus is it was all half price. Highly recommend this company without hesitation.”

“The chair I ordered was beautifully made and it arrived on time. The delivery team were very helpful. The chair is as shown on the website regarding colour and style design. I ordered it for my place of work and my clients have all given positive feedback on the comfort of the chair. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Excellent selection of chairs and sofas, found what we wanted and requested pick up same day, Sam went above and beyond sorting sofa and chair down to despatch area, two guys in despatch ensured we knew how to take apart sofa so could fit through house door. Wrapped up for protection and helped load into our van. Overall great experience with a fantastic company.”

“We bought a sofa from here in 2014. Why am I leaving a review now? Because it's still in excellent condition! Previous sofas from high street shops - which have cost more - have lost their shape after a few years. Not these, they've stayed firm and comfortable, and the leather's in good condition too. Some thought we were crazy for buying white leather sofas when we had small children. Not with these sofas, they're great.”

“Like any company, human error is essentially going to creep in. We ordered a 3 seater and a 2 seater arrived. Customer service were quick to deal with the issue and we recieved our 3 seater shortly after. The 2nd issue cropped up with a patch on it that started to peel away. Once again, customer service manager, Samantha was quick to get back to me and resolved the issue with professionalism. She went above and beyond my expectations. Will buy again from this company due to the customer service alone!”

“Our charity bought a Chesterfield sofa from Designer Sofas 4U back in 2019 and most recently bought a Chesterfield Club chair a few months ago. The quality, attention to detail and service have been second-to-none. We would thoroughly recommend this company and hope to use them again later this year to kit out our new cafe area.
