“From order to delivery which was only 4 weeks was seamless. Delivery team txt me with my time slot then again when 20 minutes before they arrived. Deliverd to room of choice would have no hesitation of recommending.”

“The customer service was second to none so welcoming and helpful we travelled for an hour to see this showroom and it was the best experience we have had the quality of the chair and sofa is amazing and so comfortable would highly recommend anyone to go here”

“Put the order for a couple of Aviator Pilot Leather Chairs on Thursday morning, called to make sure they had them in stock, I had a lovely conversation with Samantha, who said she would make sure and get back to me, a little while later she phoned me back to confirm they were in stock, and that she had also had them dispatched, they arrived on Monday morning at 7.45, look great, can't fault the service - Thank you Designer Sofas, if I need anything else I will be back ?”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the experience of purchasing 2 new chairs for our home using Designer Sofas 4U as an online customer. The Team were so helpful, from ordering to delivery and after service have been first class. The delivery Team were so polite and very helpful placing the furniture into our lounge - as we were unable to do it ourselves due to mobility issues. The Admin Team were super helpful and were always friendly as I had a number of enquiries that needed answers to before I pressed the button to buy the furniture. I would highly recommend using this company and would again. Thank you to all the team who made it possible to deliver 2 beautiful Prince/Queen Charlotte Chairs - they are lovely.”
