“Very happy with the well made armchair. Nice material and sturdy padding. The one let down is the wheels. Far too small for the weight of the chair. Had to get casters before using it as the wheels I am sure would damage the carpet in no time.”

“Great price, really fabulous product, and great efficient delivery personnel. The only aspect of the service that needs improvement in my experience is the post-order communication; I had to chase twice to find out when I could expect my order to be shipped. Some sort of order tracking would really help.”

“Great choice, very pleased with armchair. Seems expensive even with 50% off. Fairly quick and delivered exactly when arranged. Staff all seem down. I would recommend a pay rise for all, an away day at alton towers perhaps, and more recognition for all.”

“Really impressed! Good communication throughout, delivered bang on time. Both of my Ox Blood leather sofas are BEAUTIFUL! Just one small reservation - the phone sales staff didn't seem particularly knowledgeable about the products and their telephone manner wasn't great but after I'd placed my order the service was first class!”

“Received a fabric colour swatch within a few days which was great, unfortunately they couldn’t give us an arrival date until a couple of weeks prior to delivery but once they did it arrived on time and we’re very pleased with our leather armchair.”

“We ordered a sofa but it took long time to arrive. The company lost the star only because I needed to contact costumer service to find out what is happening and when the sofa will arrive. The sofa is great, good material and good quality”

“The sofa is gorgeous and I would highly recommend buying from Designer Sofas 4U. I absolutely love it! I have given this review 4 stars instead of 5, as the guys from the delivery company (probably a third party), were rude, in a hurry, left all the packaging and I had to beg them to put the legs on the sofa. When buying a £2,000 plus sofa, I expect the legs to be put on for me and the packaging to be taken away. If they can't be bothered to do the job, then please employ people that want to do the job! BUT the sofa is gorgeous.”

“Overall we are very satisfied with the Chesterfield sofa and two chairs supplied and we ordered the "medium" cushion fill. However one of the cushions on one of the chairs is much firmer than the other and I suspect it is not "medium."”
