“Was worried with buying blind online, but the sofas are well made and good value. Had to wait a few month's but was expecting that. Delivery was good.”

“Overall really good, would use again and I have already recommended to friends and family. Would be 5's however I'd of preferred get if I had an email with confirmation of my purchase and an update after a few weeks so I knew that the order was being progressed. I did contact customer services myself who were really helpful but some sort of email, even an automated email to give me the peace of mind that the purchase is being progressed would give more peace of mind as sofas are quite a lot of money. Other than that, really good.”

“Great product, price, colour and quality. The delivery was not so good as the team wanted to leave it outside and then when it was taken into the room they dropped it. No damage done, just not very impressed.”

“Extremely pleased with my purchase. The only problem was the delivery. There was no problem with the actual delivery, just the fact you had to receive it on a day they specified or wait weeks until they were in the area again”

“Love the chair and seems good quality. Service was very good and straightforward. Delivery was not so good hence not 5 stars. Delivery man very rushed, didn’t take it into the house and no time to check it over before he disappeared.”

“We bought some lovely furniture. The sofa and chair are very comfortable but the initial chair was not as ordered at first delivery. However, the customer service department were very helpful and friendly in providing a replacement chair from ordering to providing an fast delivery date. I would recommend the Company to any one looking for a quality product at reasonable prices.”

“Had a wing back chair delivered today. We are really happy with it. The delivery guys were good. Polite and respectful of our property. If I had concerns I just went on chat. Quality of the chair is very good. I would definitely order again I have now ordered a footstool and cushions to match from them.”

“Bought the 3 seater chesterfield sofa, Queen Anne chair and footstool in antique tan. Very classy, beautiful suite. Good value for money. Free swatch samples sent before ordering to help with colour choice. The only reason why I haven't given a 5 star rating is because it took longer to deliver than originally thought. I would recommend it.”

“The whole order on line was easy and sorted , the only issue was that I was not sure of the fabric colours ..... We both liked the design right away , I did not want leather as we have two cat's as pets....they don't usually scratch the furniture but there is always a first time.....lounge suite was well packaged , had to wait a little while for delivery but all in all we are happy with the lounge suite, very comfortable and cosy....”

“Nice quality sofas manufactured in the UK. We are happy with the quality. Few points to note: 1) Colours that were reflected as available online were not available and it took a long time to finalise our order due to unavailability of certain colours and back and forward samples. 2) Delivery is a nightmare. The company provides you the date of the delivery and if does not suit you, you will be provided another slot in 6-8 weeks time! Not customer friendly at all.”

“I didn’t realise looking at pictures of the sofas that they slope beckwards which makes it impossible to sit comfortably. The leather is not very good quality but ok for the price I paid.”

“I had a chair delivered 3 days ago and on inspection there were visible staples holding the material in place on a seam, on the back of the chair. I have sent 2 emails with photos, but have had no response. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely not recommend this company. I have now received a response from Sofas 4U. They advise me that if I had emailed the aftersales instead of the info@designersofas4u, I would have received confirmation that they had received my email. If I had received a response I doubt I would have posted, at least until they had responded and advised me of the action they would be taking. They have now said they will replace my chair and remove the faulty one on 10th/05/2023. I have updated this review pending a final resolution. Replacement chair arrived on time today 10th/05/and all appears to be in order. Even with the resolution I doubt I would go back to this company, as I still find it inconceivable that they would allow an item to be stapled together in full view, and then dispatch it to a customer. They did at least do what they promised, hence the revised star rating.”

“I am impressed with this company for not only delivering my order before the exoected date but specially with their customers department. Following a mix up of my order, a lady named Lindsey-Jo ensured that my query was dealth with and sent promote emails until everything was sorted put to my satisfaction. Hence my review of 4. I would recommend this company based on the service and order received.”
