“Excellent service I couldn't have asked for anything better the process was so quick and easy. I ordered a two seater sofa online I received an email with in minutes of me ordering a few days later I received a second email to arrange the delivery date that was then followed up with a phone call to confirm the delivery date. Just two weeks later I received a phone call from the person delivering my sofa to say he was about 30 minutes away, about 20 minutes later two men arrived unpacked a beautiful vintage leather sofa and placed it where I wanted it. Both men were very helpful and polite. This was my second order I have placed with Designer sofas and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to order from them again the quality and the value for money is outstanding plus the customer service is excellent. The sofa I ordered was in stock so it was very quick to be delivered but I believe a lot of what they sell is made to order so take a little longer my first order I placed with them was for two wing back chairs and it took about two months from placing my order to them being delivered.”

“From order date to delivery the service was very good. We were notified during the making of the sofa when it would be ready for delivery and payment facility was straight forward. The quality of the sofa and footstool is excellent.”

“We recently brought a lounge chair, not the cheapest on the market but as I say, if you want quality, then you have to pay a little more. And I was right. It was exactly as we had hoped regarding size, shape, quality and design We did notice a small light spot on the leather. When we spoke to the team at designer sofas 4u they immediately dispatched a polish kit and explained how to polish out the mark The team are very helpful and knowledgeable Would highly recommend”
