“From the time of my order being made to the delivery everything was perfect, All the staff I had communication with was very professional,polite,kind and made sure I had a very happy experience. I am so happy with my furniture, which has been made so well ,I would definitely use them in the future and am recommending them to family and friends.”

“I am really pleased to share this review of our experience with DS4U, as we are delighted with every aspect. First, the ordering process was really easy and the firm showed itself to be very flexible with delivery arrangements. Second, the price was excellent and the value for money is outstanding. Third, and most important of all, the quality of materials and workmanship are second to none. We bought a sofa bed which has already been used by guests on at least three occasions and all found it to be very comfortable. As a sofa, the experience is elegance incarnate. A truly great British firm.”

“Excellent service I couldn't have asked for anything better the process was so quick and easy. I ordered a two seater sofa online I received an email with in minutes of me ordering a few days later I received a second email to arrange the delivery date that was then followed up with a phone call to confirm the delivery date. Just two weeks later I received a phone call from the person delivering my sofa to say he was about 30 minutes away, about 20 minutes later two men arrived unpacked a beautiful vintage leather sofa and placed it where I wanted it. Both men were very helpful and polite. This was my second order I have placed with Designer sofas and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to order from them again the quality and the value for money is outstanding plus the customer service is excellent. The sofa I ordered was in stock so it was very quick to be delivered but I believe a lot of what they sell is made to order so take a little longer my first order I placed with them was for two wing back chairs and it took about two months from placing my order to them being delivered.”
