“I didn’t realise looking at pictures of the sofas that they slope beckwards which makes it impossible to sit comfortably. The leather is not very good quality but ok for the price I paid.”

“A great Chesterfield sofa at a reasonable price,my second. The delivery was a few weeks later,arriving on time and delivered with care. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again in the future.”

“Good product quality and design at a great price with quite speedy delivery. However one of the legs was damaged and although the customer service response was rapid to put a replacement in the post it took 5 days to get here.”

“Love the chair and seems good quality. Service was very good and straightforward. Delivery was not so good hence not 5 stars. Delivery man very rushed, didn’t take it into the house and no time to check it over before he disappeared.”

“We ordered over the telephone, the lady was very polite and helpful, also sending us samples so we could choose the colours. We decided to go to the shop and glad we did, the set up is very good and plenty of choice, in fact we changed one of the chair sizes which was not a problem. The delivery was the day and time they told us, the 2 delivery men was professional and took care with getting our chairs into the house. Yes I would recommend Designer Sofas and already have done.”

“Called in at their showrooms and was very impressed with the variety and quality of the furniture. We wanted two armchairs. Staff very helpful and informative. Approximate delivery date was given. We received phone calls and emails letting us know exact date and time for delivery. Delivered on time August 2024. Absolutely thrilled with the chairs and would recommend a visit to their showrooms.”

“It was a leap of faith having bought 'big ticket' furniture online for the first time without seeing the end product in advance, but the big day arrived and so did two beautiful Queen Anne chairs and Chesterfield sofa. We did have some problems. Firstly two of the buttons popped from the sofa, and after two days the sofa cushions leather began to stretch and not spring back like the chair cushions - this got steadily worse. I called customer services and was almost immediately put in touch with Samantha, and feeling let down was waiting for excuses and 'not our problem sir'. The response was the opposite. Samantha dispatched a technician who on two occassions travelled some distamce to sort the buttons on the sofa - and she agreed to swap out the sofa cushions no questions asked, on recommendation from the technician We have just been informed that the new cushions are on the way - and hopefully they won't give us the same issues. I have to say that in all dealings with Samantha, the after sales support she offered was absolutely first class, with the problems that could have turned into major issues for us after forking out £2K, having been resolved without quibble in a reasonable timeframe given the distance between us Samantha, in the nicest possible way I hope I don't have to Whatsapp you again - but if I do I know you will do your best.
