“We wanted a holiday to Sardinia, somewhere i have loved to go, so got in contact with Paula to see if she could find some holidays for us, although she had never been she would get in contact with one of her team and see where the best place for us to stay would be. Paula got back to us within a day and we had a choice of 3 hotels, we picked the 7 pines resort in baja sardinia and was a 5* and was a great bargin it looked stunning as i was going for my birthday we picked the luxurios hotel. Paula took over and all we needed to do was pack, she had checked in and sorted the gatepasses that i had recieved by email. When we arrived there was a special suprise in the room a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne that paula had organised thankyou for that. Our hotel was perfect and didnt dissapoint, staff were really friendly sorting out our needs and was really clean, quiet and relaxing just what we asked for. The area was georgous with crystal blue waters and great resteraunts and bars nearby. We will definatley be booking through paula again even though she was on a mini break herself she still dropped us a message to wish us a safe flight home. We will definatley be keeping a eye on anymore deals she has to offer. Thankyou again paula for a great experience”

“I cannot praise Designer Travel enough, every time we go to them they are always helpful and very friendly ,we always deal with Jennifer and get excellent service who has become more like a friend, all the staff are lovely and will give you 100%,l will always highly recommend them”

“Having never used a travel counsellor before we found this service to be fantastic. And would definately be using Lindy again. “What a brilliant service from first getting in contact to booking it and being home, Paula was there every step of the way to make sure every detail was as we wanted. Special occasions organised and excursion too. It puts your mind at ease knowing you have someone at your beck and call should something go wrong but with the attention to detail you receive, that’s hardly ever going to happen! “Absolutely fantastic customer service! Jen went above and beyond ensuring we had the best timed flights for our first family holiday abroad. She also gave advice based on personal experience which really helped put us at ease about getting on a flight with a toddler. Have already recommended to family and friends.”

“Jen is the most fantastic representative of the company. She goes out of her way to ensure that things are just right. Nothing is too much trouble. Customer service at its finest. Only gripe is the change of monitors. From a customers perspective the ability for staff to have a touch screen which can rotate to show the customer is a necessity. It makes things so much more difficult with the existing setup”

“I’ve been booking holidays with Nigel for many years. Whether it be short haul or long haul, or something you can book online yourself, it’s always worthwhile booking via Nigel for peace of mind (plus he does some extra price checks 😜) I’ve always found him to be honest, gives great insights and reliable.”
