“The product is super lovely, the last casserole dishes I had lasted 20 years still worked of course but not looking so new so decided to order again...... delivered as expected. We live very rural and deliveries are usually delayed but my casserole dishes arrived safe and sound on exactly the day expected”

“I had a London Pottery teapot from another supplier that had a poor quality glaze. I talked to Lynn at Dexham and she said she would get dispatch to make a visual check of the teapot before posting. I have now received a perfect teapot. Thank you for excellent customer service and I would certainly use your company again.”
