Terrible Customer Service, I ordered a Hoodie and Oversized T-shirt both size Large, the shirt fit fine but the hoodie was more like a kids size. I ordered on 27/11/2024 and it arrived late on 06/12/2024. Since it has arrived, I have emailed twice on 06/12/2024, 12/12/2024 and have also made an enquiry on their website sometime before Christmas, but still have yet to hear anything. They have no desire to help out with customer complaints and now I have wasted £25 due to their incompetence. I won't lie and say the clothing is bad quality, because the T-Shirt fits me well and is good quality, but it's not worth purchasing from here, because if you find yourself wanting a refund, there is absolutely no chance of that happening.

I ordered 3 tracksuits but one was too small so I sent it back and ordered another tracksuit that was the correct size. DFND have confirmed they have received my return and yet are not giving me a refund. They are now not communicating with me at all despite numerous attempts from me. I have now raised the matter with Klarna and my bank. It is a very unfortunate situation as my son really liked their clothes and I have always had a good experience previously but after this experience I will never use them again as the lack of customer service is beyond unprofessional.

No customer service at all. I returned my goods via evri (which I paid for) and still no refund. Will have to raise an issue with my bank. Avoid at all costs.

Order several clothes aged 11-12 but so small wouldn't fit an 8 year old. I returned Via Evri beginning of December who sent me photo confirmation of delivery. I still haven't received a refund. I've emailed a few times and no response thankfully I too paid with Paypal so have had to raise a dispute with them. They have their clothes back and my money. Terrible company.

After waiting over a week for my item to be dispatched IAM still waiting for a response after several emails regarding being sent the wrong product which was supposed to be an Xmas present. So looks like I'm stuck with a hoody that is too big & not the sweatshirt I ordered.

Quality of materials of the clothing isn't the best, the transfer stickers pretty much peeled off after the 1st time my son wore his tracksuit and don't get me started on the washing of them wouldn't buy anymore from this company tbh sorry just poor from start to finish

I ordered 6 tracksuits various sizes only 4 arrived tried contacting customer services didn’t get any response for several days eventually someone contacted me apologised and apparently sent 2 missing tracksuits however when parcel arrived only 1 tracksuit inside been trying to contact customer services emailing several times a day with no response so they have taken my money but not provided the goods and no contact from customer service

Not to be trusted. I ordered 2 items received only one and no reply when I asked for a refund or the product. Will not shop with the company again

So ordered few pairs of joggers and hoodies for my grandson delivery was fast and joggers fit perfectly hoodies way to small so sent them back for a refund recorded delivery now here is where the problem is . I know they have received them as was signed for .I've now emailed fair few times asking about My refund to have one reply saying they were behind and would be sorted out following day I've still had no refund and no reply to my last 2 emails ..I'm in same boat as most folk these days struggling with cost of living and single career so really do need this refund .so come on customer services please be decent enough to respond to emails and give refund I DEFINITELY WILL NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DIRECT AGAIN ..

I placed a order, this order was sent to someone else, then some of the items I had ordered were out of stock, as my order still haven’t been returned, ended up with part refund, I also had to pay postage to send the parcel back which was sent in error, absolutely awful service will never order again

Ordered a coat never arrived ordered another one in replacement was told it would arrive on a day waited in all day never arrived so got a refund

I bought 3 hoodie for my 3 boys and liked the quality of clothes and the delivery time but unfortunately the clothes were WAY to small for the age they are sold at. I bought one 8-9 yrs hoodie and two 10-11 yrs hoodies but they were more like age 5-6 yrs and 8-9 yrs so when I tried to return them website says 30 days return but in reality I had only 14 days return time so I could return then and do an exchange. I'm sorry to say but not sure if I want to buy from Defend again.

I brought a set of 2 tracksuit and 2matching tops from the children's range my son had only worn them for a few hours and the quality is terrible the clothing colour and quality is totally different from the website no way as vibrant and all items I brought have bobbled and logo peeling on the first wear they look like they have been washed and tumble dried 50times over when they have only been worn for a few hours
