“Applied for a job here - I was kept waiting for 1hr. I was offered 2 positions but they never contacted me to confirm a start date - despite numerous attempts to contact them, all communication was ignored!
Speaking to a member of staff whilst I was waiting - they offer one wage and pay a lower rate as they want cheap labour!
Looking at all their reviews I would say…

“This company appears to the the parent company of Techluxurious (ebay seller). My daughter bought am iPhone which was offered with a 1 year warranty. After a month the phone froze. She requested a refund which they refused. Said that they would only repair.
She sent the phone in for a repair. 3 months later same issue. However this time they said it was wear and tear. This after offering 1 year warranty on ebay website. They wanted £90 to repair. My daughter explained that this is the same issue as first experienced and wanted a refund or replacement.
They refused so reluctantly my daughter paid. The phone has now frozen with the same issue for a 3rd time. She has emailed them about this however they are not responding.
It appears while they may have a high + rating on ebay, they believe that as long as they have more + than - ratings they can ignore customer complaints or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I would be very wary of this company or associated company regarding complaints and the 1 year warranty they provide.”
