“ I’ve also ordered things from there that have a guaranteed delivery date, this was missed by a month but the seller just ignored me when I asked them to cancel the order as I had ordered things for my holiday, over a month before I went and I didn’t receive them until after I got back. ”

It is 3 weeks later, they said it was shipped 1 week ago, still haven't gotten my order & had to go to wal mart to buy more fleece blankeys because I still haven't gotten my order. “ Long delivery waits, wrong items sent, no items sent but charged, no customer service from DHGate or their sellers,shoddy made items, sizes are nowhere near accuracy. By far the customer service is a huge issue, do yourself a favour and shop anywhere else ”

Any clothing sizing is usually a problem, never too big always far too small eg. I wear a XL , I ordered a 5X jacket , it had to be a medium. Overall if (?) there is a problem DHGate will not help you. ”

“ If you want to save a few bucks and are willing to wait forever for delivery (in my case 100 days), then get a defective or inadequate product and be told by their resolution center that they rule against you, then DHgate is the perfect place for you to patronize. I only got ripped off for $13 but you may want to go bigger. Good Luck ”

“ Their system closed the sale and insisted that I did. They ended up releasing payment to seller(bestliner) without delivery of the item(9 months and counting). Customer service wasn't helpful and seller barely responds. Lost $90 USD. Don't use this app to shop. They will steal your hard earned money. ”
