Hello, I placed an order for $142.30 on the 3/8/19, despite 6 emails with no response from the seller obamafan to send me shipping information. The customer service which is an automated service is no help at all. I’m concerned that with no word from the seller and he’s taken my money, this seller is a fraud. Can you help?

Why are you lying to customers about the dispute process? You close it even when we provide evidence that the product is broken and let scammers get away with it. And if someone reports you to their bank, your staff get angry and stop communicating. Why don't you tell people the truth, even when someone comes to you with evidence that it is a scam, you still let them sell because you want your money and other than sending a friendly email to the seller, will do nothing to get the money back.

I recently ordered a dress for a wedding I’m in from this website. I needed it within the month so I payed a rush fee. Apparently the link was for another vendor. The vendor messaged me and that’s how I realized my mistake. I was told that they would be penalized for it and I had to go through customer service to get it fixed but I keep being routed to a computer that’s not answering my question. Why do you ask for sensitive credit card information in order to verify a credit card? Shouldn't the name on the card be sufficient? Or at most the last 4 digits? Are you trying to dupe people into giving sensitive credit card information to your "safety team"? For example, the middle digits and expiry date because you already have the last 4 digits that can be stored on your server without violating PCI compliance.

Shipping address of the account holder does not match with the billing address on the card. 4. There are some inconsistent information submitted during the payment process that did not match the credit card information. 5. Orders with large amount 6.Multiple Payment failures 7. I order something last night and you all didn’t even give me a delivery date. As soon as I ordered because delivery is a big factor I immediately send a message to cancel and the seller declined the request. I feel this is a scam. It’s not phone number you can call nothing but online communication which is horrible for a company. Please give me a refund I no longer need the item anyway. lol f this doesn’t get this resolved I am going to report this company.

I want to place an order from your company, I will be honest as a business owner reading your reviews makes me very nervous. I want to purchase a Cryolioplysis Machine and those are expensive. My other option is to order directly from China, it would just take so much more time. I work directly with manufactures there because they do so much for me on my other business side. My friends and I have all ordered football jerseys and have been very happy with them. I even ordered personalized college football jerseys and am beyond happy with what I received. Did does take a while but it states to expect 30 days for delivery. I received emails about my tracking on all of the different things along the way. Just ordered a purse so hopefully I will be jutlst as pleased with it.
