“DHL text to me to say they had left my parcel over the side gate- which is right foot high. They threw it over without asking what was there/if that was ok. I was out and the package got destroyed then the product ripped apart my a dog.”
“I originally contacted dhl about my delivery on the 4th of January. The customer service has been absolutely woeful. My package was picked up by send my bag on the 30th December from my house in Perth, Western Australia. My sister’s 21st birthday is tomorrow. She is in Dublin, I am in Australia, missing her so much and she will not have my present because dhl have the package stuck in customs for me to pay for the “packaged chocolate” that is not included in the parcel. I amended the packing list and invoice when I realised I could not send the chocolate before it was sent. I will pay any money to have the parcel released and sent to my sister LATE for her birthday. If anyone knows how to progress this issue I would be all ears! Customer service has not responded to me in several days and their communication has been overall terrible.”
“DHL Express, only with their name. My urgent parcel was received at DHL depot on Friday morning at 6 AM. They refused to deliver my parcel on time with the excuse, discrepancy with the address. The address was full and correct and with the air code, the only reason for the delay was that it was Friday.”
