“I have order my parcel whit them. It was say 4 to 5 days . No delivery after 2 weeks waiting. Got email that driver was there yesterday when we was all at home and there was no sign of driver. First they say it's wrong adres then they seing it's wrong phone number. Lies!!!. In the package was medication for my daughterand lots of other stuff. Nobody it's welling to sort the problem . My phone calls been redirected and hung up.”

“We had an incident in our building with a DHL driver, He broke our farfisa intercom and run away. We have contacted DHL customer service, they mentioned someone would contact us but is over a month now and nothing is still done to fix it”
“Bad experience, I decided to arrange via a locker as I thought it will be easier, however the driver came to the Locker and I received an email saying (Awaiting collection by the consignee), but then there was no PIN communicated to me.
I had to call them next day, and they said that they had an issue that lockers had no more places, and the whole day they keep saying we are following up with no proper responses.
No one is even giving an effort to contact you for the issues they are facing, you just have to wait their mercy.”

Avoid any company who uses DHL for fast delivery and just choose standard an post delivery.”

I would like to share my experience with DHL Express, and unfortunately, it is not a happy story. A month ago, I sent a package through DHL Express and I have not received it yet. Additionally, the company is trying to charge me storage fees, even though I sent all the necessary documentation in a timely manner.
I can't understand how a company like DHL Express can fail so terribly in its mission to provide quality transportation services. I trusted the company and now I feel extremely frustrated with the outcome.
I hope that DHL Express can learn from this experience and improve its services in the future. Until then, unfortunately, I cannot recommend the company to anyone.

“DHL text to me to say they had left my parcel over the side gate- which is right foot high. They threw it over without asking what was there/if that was ok. I was out and the package got destroyed then the product ripped apart my a dog.”
“I'd give 0 star if I could. It's never on time. Many times parcel just disappeared. Auto messages do not help at all. Other delivery companies are Brilliant compare to this one. Shame on you! You shouldn't get paid for this kind of service you provide”
