“Our car hire in Madrid was changed from Enterprise (on site) to an off-site company Centaurus without telling us (it did show up on the final confirmation but we had no other warning about this, and we had no voucher). Centaurus seemed to be a Rent-a-Wreck company and were appalling to deal with. The agent we dealt with at Dial-a-Flight, Isaac, did not always seem to be aware of what was happening, for example, we arranged check in for our flight with them well in advance but he phoned us the day before to do it so obviously he wasn't on top of things. Compared to some other companies we have used for this type of trip they were nowhere near as good.”
“Troy at DialAFlight organised my trip to Japan recently and managed to source me premium economy flights for less than I could get economy!
Their service is excellent, the same travel manager is almost always available on the phone and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!”
“After many years of using this company I am very disappointed with their customer service when queries arise. Calls were not returned and emails were ignored. Not professional.”
“It was the 4th time I’ve used DialAFlight and used them for our dream 5* honeymoon. Our original 5*all inclusive honeymoon hotel was fully booked (after we’d paid) so we’re given many alternatives all the best 5*s. I didn’t want a beach full of seaweed so chose one that didn’t have that issue with 11k+ excellent reviews. Very similar name to another Hyatt hotel but very sub-standard and that’s where we ended up. After 3 days of complaining we moved but had to pay again. The hotel was falling apart (ceiling collapsed in 4 places on our last night), reports of cockroaches and where the cartel shootings were. We did not feel safe and felt like we were in a 1* in Benidorm. Gutted expected better from this company.”
