"It was the 4th time I\u2019ve used DialAFlight and used them for our dream 5* honeymoon. Our original 5*all inclusive honeymoon hotel was fully booked (after we\u2019d paid) so we\u2019re given many alternatives all the best 5*s. I didn\u2019t want a beach full of seaweed so chose one that didn\u2019t have that issue with 11k+ excellent reviews. Very similar name to another Hyatt hotel but very sub-standard and that\u2019s where we ended up. After 3 days of complaining we moved but had to pay again. The hotel was falling apart (ceiling collapsed in 4 places on our last night), reports of cockroaches and where the cartel shootings were. We did not feel safe and felt like we were in a 1* in Benidorm. Gutted expected better from this company."
