I'm sorry to hear that your order was unsuccessful, I am afraid Dial a Phone do not receive the direct reason as to why a credit check has failed.
I would advise to contact the network provider to discuss the cause further.

Once your order has been confirmed successful it will be despatched from our warehouse for you. You will receive an email once it has been despatched and also a text from the courier when it is out for delivery.

I am really sorry about this, when you place an order with us it is subject to the relevant checks and availability. There is 2 checks that are completed, an internal security check and then a credit check with the network that you have chose. I'm afraid for security reasons we don't always get the exact reason back as to why the order has failed.
