“The e-mail send to confirm the order should explain that a credit check needs to be done before the purchase is confirm other wise you convince people that they will get the phone and another mail arrives to inform it was declined, when children are involved is very frustrating for them. I also do not see the point of sending me another mail to offer a cheaper phone after my credit was declined and the price difference is about £10.00 per month or £2.50 a week.Thanks and Regards”

I am sorry that you are having trouble with your network provider,
If your purchase is older than 14 days and you still have problems with your network then you will need to speak directly with your network provider who will be able to advise and resolve your issue.
They will run a diagnostic check which will assess problems you may have with your network connection.

“Ordered mobile on a fri night and mobile was in my hand Mon afternoon at 1pm, I was even able to track the delivery man's progress online as he made his delivery's on the Monday, I was delivery 44 and delivery was made within the hour that was given.
My Iphone 5s is fantastic, connected to EE straight away, even though it says it could take up-to 6 days, and the emails from dialaphone kept me up to date on the progress off my order at ever step.
I chose which provider to go with very carefully, and read many reviews for mobile phone providers before opting for Dialaphone, so far I am Very Pleased with my choice of Dialaphone, The Iphone 5s and the network provider EE on G4.”
“Great deal on phone but was told what i wanted to hear about delivery not the truth . Had to collect handset from depot a week later as they would not deliver to another address as told by your sales man .”

It is really great to hear that you are happy with the deal that you received, we really do strive to ensure each customer has the right phone and package they desire.
We pride ourselves on being able to provide a quick delivery service and you should have received a text message from DPD on the day of your delivery, stating your designated time slot for delivery.
For security reasons, we can only deliver to the address that is associated with the card used for payment, but I am glad that you have received your phone now.

“Despite spelling out my name and address the girl taking my order got both horribly wrong. As a result I had to go to considerable lengths to ensure I got my new phone. The direct debit documentation evaded my capture.
However, all has settled down satisfactorily now.

“Even though the deal was available online i was asked to call the team and told i would need to pay £150 deposit. Its a rubbish service from dial a phone. I would never recommend any of my friend.”
“Faulty phone received and bad customer service, nobody responded and as a new customer to a contract mobile phone, didn't seem interested in my complaint.”
“Took a contract out through phones 4 u. It was a dial a phone contract. The female that was dealing with it made an error on the computer system when inputting my details, which lead to a long chain of phone calls I had to make and got nowhere with them as no one could see the error that was made. And after a large amount was taken from my bank account by EE and being charged for every phone call for an error they had made I was not a happy customer. It took over a week and around 10 phone calls for the problem to be rectified. Would not recommend buying a contract through dial a phone/phones 4 u whatsoever.”
