“Fantastuc service! From the moment i placed the order, i received nothing but the best service. Order was placed on a Friday and the phone came on a Saturday! The email explaining cash back process is clear unlike some other companies i dealt with which are vaguu and not precise as to when exactly to claim, what bill to send etc. This is my second contract with dial a phone in the year and hopefully not the last! Keep up the goid work!”
“My sim old T-mobile sim card was cancelled before my new ee one was activated and was phoneless over the easter weekend and it required a lot of phone calls to sort out and also I had something in my phone pack saying I would receive a code entitling me to a voucher to spend in the sony store app via email but have not. Other than that the people I have spoken to were friendly and professional.”

“The service from Dialaphone has been absolutely atrocious. Took over a month to get connected to the Network correctly. It has taken a massive amount of my time, numerous phone calls, a change of SIM cards and eventually a change of phone. Also, the issue caused a great deal of stress, worry and inconvenience as the phone was bought for my 17 year old daughter who is away at college.
Complete lack of ownership by anyone within Dialaphone. One person even refused to give their name!

“Very good price for the Sony - and to be fair when a fault developed within a fortnight, it was very easy to get the phone replaced. The replacement is holding up fine. Can't fault the customer service, either on the phone or by email. I do think the website could do with a little work. Also, still waiting on the "free gift" of a pair of headphones, but hopefully they'll arrive eventually.”
