“The service I have received has been appalling. My phone arrived without a SIM card, it then took over a month to arrive. When one did arrive I was told by the person on the phone it was invalid, they then hung up on me. When I called back the second person was so rude I ended the conversation in tears. The next person I rang offered me a refund (after I told them I EXPECTED it) which should arrive within 2 days. That was ?? days ago and it has not arrived. I rang again asking where my money was. The person apologised and said it would be fast-tracked to me. It still hasn't arrived. Shocking service. Absolutely disgusted.”

“Ordered an iphone 5C for my daughter's birthday to arrive by 19/2/2014. After some form of IT problem, numerous calls to Dialaphone and multiple occasions of staff not calling me back when they said that they would, the phone arrived on the 26/2/2014 - I was offered £20 by way of compensation from Dialaphone and asked to wait 2 weeks for this to appear in my bank account. 3 months down the line the money has never been paid to me. This is the 4th phone that I have purchased from Dialaphone. I can't say that i'll ever be minded to buy a 5th one!”
