The whole transaction was great easy and simple I was upgrading and it couldn't have been any easier I spoke to a operator and they sorted everything out they were very helpful and easy to understand also the free gifts That came with my new phone was really good to

Not entirely happy. I feel I was pressured into making a rash decision by the sales agent. I am happy with the phone but am paying more than I should for it. The customer care was also a little poor when trying to sort out the fact that i was pressured into the sale. Furthermore I was sent the wrong gift which was free with my contract. All in all not a great experience but I am tied in now. Use them with caution.

Was offered the the phone I wanted only to see that there was no connection on the phone. Made numerous calls to customer services where I had to go left and right to tmoblie and dial a phone. More than two weeks passed but still no joy when I got really angry and was put through to a manager who then sorted it out. I did get a months bill paid off by dialaphone which is why I have given two stars but the initial experience was a nightmare. However, I was given the best deal and I really like my phone.

I def would not recommend dial a phone as the service I have recieved has been absolutely disgraceful. I have been sent 2 faulty galaxy s4 phones and have waited nearly a month for them to send me a bag to return the phone and still havnt heard from them!!!! They wouldn't allow me to cancel either and still want to take payments even though I havnt got a phone that works like it should. What a joke!!!!!

Hi Sonia, I’m sorry to hear you’ve received two faulty handsets. I can imagine how disappointed you must have been. The exchange bag should take between 3-5 working days for you to receive. Have you made us aware previously that these have not arrived? As we can despatch further exchange bags. As you can appreciate pre-paid bags can unfortunately go missing in the post. However, I can fully understand how frustrating it must be being without a working phone, especially for this length of time. Quite helpful on the phone when upgrading although I was slightly disappointed at the lack of tempters on offer to the new S5, probably because it's so new. Still waiting to hear about the gourmet society though

I bought the Xperia Z2 with dialaphone and was extremely pleased with the service I received. Not only was the contract impressively less expensive than anywhere else I'd looked, but I also received free Sony wireless speakers! In addition to this, dialaphone paid a one month cancellation fee to my previous operator, which meant I was able to upgrade before my contract had finished. I am one happy customer :)

Ended up taking 4 days off work to accept a NEXT DAY delivery due to incompetence on Dial-a-Phones side and their dealings with DPD. First phone disappeared abroad, second phone ended turning up over a week on from 'doing the deal' on the phone. No one was able to really help (although they tried). Overall very disappointing. however I do love the phone (Z2) and EE are surprisingly good too (in terms of reception service and internet speed etc).

Phone was shipped without a sim card, when one was sent it was the wrong one. Impossible to get hold of anyone at dialaphone. In the end it was EE who sorted it out for me, had to wait 2 weeks after getting my phone until I could even use it.

Relatively good service, however the telephone operator spoke too quickly and did not stress that as this was an upgrade that there was no redress / cooling off period. The pressure to sell was too aggressive.
