I found that Cust service staff were very unhelpfull and that a few times i had to talk to a Senior Manager to get the help i needed. “I was pleased with the upgrade I got offered but was disappointed when my current phone got deactivated before I received my new phone. Unfortunately I wasn't able to choose a delivery day/time or have the phone delivered to a work address so therefore cancelled the upgrade. After many phone calls my current phone still wasn't working as I had promised it would be. In the end I rang the net work myself after 3 weeks of no phone. I am still waiting for my cancellation to go through so I can finally upgrade my phone.”
“Person I dealt with at time of call was lovely and very helpful. Took my details for direct debit and advised my contract would change over from t mobile to ee without any changes to payment dates etc. After my phone came 3 days later than it should of and my t mobile contract was cancelled by them so had no phone for 3 days. They also did not tell me ee would take a months bill upfront although this did not happen as they failed to set up my direct debit resulting in having to pay 2 months in one go and having to set up the dd myself.”

“Agreed a new contract but Dialaphone gave the wrong details to the operator so I was paying for a non-comparable contract (1Gb of 3G rather than 4Gb of 4G for the same price). They said they were unable to do anything to rectify their error so I've had to cancel and will be without a phone while I send my new one back, order a new phone and port my number across again! No compensation offered at all for any of this so I'm also out of pocket.”

“I was offered a good deal and was happy with the phone, however I had to ring up and chase delivery of my phone as it appears there was a problem with putting it through, I managed to get it delivered after providing mu direct debit details for a second time, however a direct has still not been set up. I'll now have to ring up as the online system is not working. Only downfall”

In regards to your direct debit, the details are sent to the network, so that they can set up your monthly direct debit.
For security reasons, you will need to speak to your network in order to set this up.
