Firstly with my phone it says get some for with my phone. I called up dial a phone. They said they will send them off two day after getting my phone. A week later still no forms which are part of my contact. Rang them again u guys didn't even send the forms. Maybe you should change what you wrote on your information letter which come with your phone. I dint think I'll be using dial a phone again. I feel like I'm paying for half a contact here. U need to make your information more clear. I'm fling to end my contact.

What a fantastic service. I used Dialaphone for both mine and my daughter's new phones, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting a new contract. I personally save an average of £25 a month, compared to my old Orange contract. Why didn't I know about you earlier???

Very unsatisfied with dialaphone. As with all contracts there is a 24hour cool down period. I changed my mind almost as soon as the sales call was ended and I was told there is nothing that they will do about it. I was told that the contents of my previous phone would be transfered over by a simple text, this was not the case and after only having the phine in my posetion for less than 7 hours they cut off the simcard in it forcing me to use the new one eventhough none of the old sims contents were available to access anymore. This meant that all contacts were lost. Some friendships are built on direct contact not social media and because of dialaphone I now have to wait for a random phone call from them to get those numbers back. I found that the sales team are nice until you agree to a contract and then they hurry you through the process with little friendlyness. Its as if they thansfer you to a automatic system. Very impersonal. I will never recommend these to anyone ever.

Hi Laura, I'm sorry to hear you would not recommend Dial-a-Phone. There is a 7 working day cooling off period for new contracts purchased over the phone or online with Dial a Phone. However, this policy does not extend to upgrades, this is because an upgrade is a continuation of your previous contract. If you are an upgrade customer we are, however, able to look into alternative handsets if you do not like the current one aslong as you are within 7 working days and . I was mis sold a product. Made a complaint and it was agreed that I had been mis sold however nothing has been done to rectify this. Avoid this company

When I upgraded to an IPhone 5c I still had 3 months on my old contract. I was told I would get a refund for part of the amount I needed to pay off this contract. This was 2 months ago and I still have not received a refund as promised!

Fantastic service. I went into the phones 4 u store and they couldn't do the deal I wanted so they rang dial a phone and the deal was done over the phone and it arrived 2 days later. Great fast service and the staff where spot on.

I was perfectly happy with the deal until I found out that the cashback that the sales person I spoke to promised, was not £50 cashback. It was 5x £10 by redemption. This is utterly ridiculous and should have been explained. Your company should not offer something as stupid as this where I am expected to post a letter (at my expense) 5 times at 5 different times through the 2 year contract. I am sure you offer this so that people don't bother because of how much unnecessary hassle it is, or your customers forget. I will however ensure I do this so that you don't get to keep my money. I would not have taken the deal if I had known that the cashback was not what I was offered as part of the deal. The cashback was a very important part of the deal because it was the only thing that ensured I would continue to pay the same price as my previous contract. Considering how badly explained this was by the sales rep I spoke with (she told me it was simply cashback that I would receive within 1 month of the contract beginning), I believe you should offer me the £50 cashback now. I also think you need to consider removing this 'cashback by redemption' from all of your deals as this does not show your customers any form of respect. Other then this, the deal was OK and the service wasn't bad. Kind regards,

My feedback would have been very good had I had received the £20 credit in my bank I was promised by the sales person as a clinch to get the sale!!!!

Was offered a free Samsung Tab3 with the phone contract. It didn't arrive and had a real battle to get it. They finally listened to the recording of the contract agreement phone call and I got it.

i was told i would get cash back on the deal i took out and details would be in the welcome pack i never got anything. rather disappointing !!!

wasnt very happy with the package. the lap top i recieved is completely differant in spec to which you offered when i tookout the contract also the phone is poor all in all not very happy.

Had to send first phone back due to it being 'used'. Once sorted I find out the original SIM card that was first sent back was still running in my name drawing up a bill, along with the actual one I was using! After 2 months it was eventually sorted! Had been recommended by a friend to use the company but will not be using again in the future,
