Terrible experience, ordered a phone on the 5th of December with an estimated delivery of 5-7 days. Ended up having to cancel it on the 23rd of January because no progress was made and was told the item was "discontinued", even though I was told multiple times it would come, just that the delivery was delayed.

Rang on Thurs 19th to find out when delivery would be ( so i could plan my weekend in case delivery was going to Sat) I was told delivery would be on Fri 20th, I thought brilliant, no need to change any weekend plans.
