I bought games from the supplier GameGuru. I did not have any difficulties with the purchase and activation. After payment, the system automatically redirected me to the page for receiving the goods. The process doesn't take long.

They scam you, you pay but get a false login, in this case it was animal crossing from the seller digitalgames. Tried to go for a refund but they simply blocked me from all their channels. After i posyed a review on trustpilot they replied asked me to come back and open a new chat with their support, how can i do so when my account is banned and my ip is blocked from the site lol? False promises also there is a story they commit identity fraud hence why they ask some people for a photo of their id card .. ive opened a page on fb visit me there, search Difmark Scam Exposed on Fb and u will find. Lets bring them down

Both the seller and Difmark.com ignore all refund requests, no support at all. Sellers are scammers (maybe not all).

I have to agree with the other reviewers, Difmark.com is pure fraud, they also actively support scammers by ignoring all messages. My purchase never got delivered, both the seller and Difmark.com ignore all refund requests. I'll contact Mastercard's fraud department and my credit card provider. I strongly suggest you to not buy from Difmark.com.

I ordered goods for a game. Decided to pay with Bitcoin, so did I and started to wait. The trasanction went through for around 10 minutes. Some hours later I decided to check if I had the goods in-game, but nothing... I reached the live support several times to ask about the status of my order, but it was still pending. I did not even had a pending order in my Orders Menu, so basically they stole my BTC. The weird thing is that I was seeing that on their address they had the bitcoin and the guy (Tycho) from the live support was constantly telling me to wait, which. So I waited already for 2 days... and guess what - still nothing. I opened a ticket, but nobody replied. They are trying to scam me, let's see what will happen! I have all the proof with screenshots and chats, so if anyone is interested, I can show them. :)

I recenlty bought Farming Simulator 2022 for xbox on this site. After payment i have received a new xbox account with the setup instruction (see below). This means that I get access to the game using another account, and this is absolutly illegal. If Microsoft would notice this, your own account will be blocked and you will lose your rights on your own games. (See Microsoft Legal terms) See below the manuel that i have received to install the game illegally on my xbox, be warned! Setup Guide After payment, you will receive details for downloading the game/s. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the Guide. Scroll over to the tab with your player icon and select Add new. Important! If you are asked for a confirmation code. Select "Send by mail" and contact us for the code. It is forbidden to make an account with content home in the console settings! For violation of this rule, Account access is lost without refund! Download the content (My games and applications). It is forbidden to delete the account from your console that you purchased. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the Guide. Switch to your personal account without leaving your account with content, launch the content and play. This also means that I dont own any game, I can only use the game via this second account. It is forbidden to play games that are distributed like this! It is forbidden to change the login or password on the account. Attention! IMPORTANT Play ONLY on your own account! Do NOT delete the given account Do NOT change anything on the account After downloading is finished you don’t have any more access to the account. If you still try to enter the account the game will be locked and your warranty will be discarded.

This is a scammer company. Please do not use them. You will not receive the goods or your money back. When you try and sort it with them via their chat they will ban you from their website. Do not trust them in any way shape or form. You have been warned. If you do not believe me, look at a lot of the positive reviews…….

Please don't buy from this site. They don't sell genuine products, but link you to dodgy scammers with hacked accounts. When you request a refund you get frustrating runarounds from the sellers in mangled English and your support requests go ignored. Any 'positive' reviews let for them are easily spotted fake reviews. #scammers Edit: just contacted LIVE SUPPORT and the chat operator was EXTREMELY RUDE. Avoid.

100%scammers, the account got logged out and they were trying to pin it on me saying I did something and that the warranty was void even though I didn’t do anything. I recommend you pay extra for the actual game then get a cheap version which will stop working and you will end up paying double at the end.

The worst experience I have ever made buying videogames online. Seller from Kazakhstan seems to be a scam, 2x games paid for 10 days ago, still haven't gotten them. But the worst thing is: the customer service from difmark. The seem to be on the sellers side and are not aiming for making things right for the customer. Luckily I got legal insurance and these scam cases are covered. Instead of simply getting my refund, this will now be more expensive for difmark/the seller on top of it. Super disappointed on how they tread customers.

scam. bought AC Valhalla, received account but could only play and install in Russian. received no real help from seller whatsoever. Gonna try to get my money back from my bank because, guess what, they're not answering to my refund request either.

just as everybody said: stay away as far as possible from this website. You pay, you do not get your game, you wont get a refund and after a while you wont even be able to talk to the support. How is this website even online after scamming so much? btw they are buying positive reviews if you did not notice
