“Super shady business practices. The way they do things is literally illegal. Just be aware, they sell accounts with games, not game keys (which is already against any TOS out there) and they only say that in find print. And it takes hours to receive it. Moreover, if you ask for a refund (even before you receive the product), they will not care about it. Nobody answers support tickets, and sellers are shady af. They mostly use VPNs to take advantage of regional pricing, and generate a new account, buying the game for that account, which gets passed down to you. I do not understand how this website is still in business, after this many years. It's ridiculous.”

After 1 week of playing , the game wasn't available anymore. Only the standard edition was able to open, that made my loose all my time invested in that game. I tried do show the seller and the company, that in my console only the standard edition is available, even if i payed a deluxe edition, but nobody seems to care. The answer duration is very long, and the seller doesn't care about anything. He just wants to be exonerated because he provided something, and is not his fault that what he provided is not available anymore. Beware of this sites”

When you ask them for the refund this is what they say: "I am very sorry, but we can only cancel orders that we aren't able to deliver at all, usually because of major technical issues, and that isn't the case here."
