After receiving a long list of steps to be able to play the game, I followed every one of them including ofcourse, downloading the game.
Sadly the download could not even be completed as I was getting kicked out of the account every 5 - 10 minutes. The seller wanted me to buy a VPN service to resolve the issue which is downright ridiculous and was not at all included in the products description. Customer service took a week to reply only to suggest that the order was delilvered as described and that it says shared account. They did not even feel the need to adress the fact that even downloading the advertised game is impossible.
Never going to use this website again and I would strongly advise you to use a different website for keys even if the cost might be higher.”

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Difmark. I opened a support ticket regarding my order and even went to the extent of creating two different accounts because they simply ignore you once they realize youโre right. Itโs clear they have no intention of addressing issues; they leave customers on "seen" while they run their scam.
I received a completely different item than what was describedโno matching description, just a blatant attempt to deceive. I have photo and video proof of the item and all the misleading information they provided. This is not just poor service; itโs outright fraud!

I recent bought a game using their platform.
After, I found that the seller โXbox Officialโ and the declaration: โ100 Secure and Legalโ were both false.
I found that selling an email/password to insert it in your account for download a game is against Tos of Xbox and the user will banned if using that method. I talk with the Xbox Support that say to me it is illicit and completely bannable. Also using an email (xxxx@xxx) to add to your account without any control of it is dangerous (is it a stolen email?) against EU gdpr (and international rules).
For these reasons, the sale is voidable, thus because the item is unsellable, just from that origin.
I report the situation both to seller and to the platform for getting a refund and they both say to me that all is gone.
For this reason, this is, objectively, a fraud and I will be forced soon to report what happens to authorities and I tell you to avoid diftmark because they protect and enforce the unfair practices.!”
