Absolutely the worst. They literally take your money for games they advertise in stock that are not, don't refund it, and lock your account if you complain.

Do not buy!!! After purchase, they will send you login details for another account. You have to log out of yours and use theirs. The game is never really yours and you can only hope how long you can learn to use it. Of course they don't return the money.

A purchased game is just access to someone else's Xbox account with the game. I don't own any game now. Seller is not responding. Tech support is unresponsive. No response even after a few days. Scammers. Do not buy here.

Scammers. I bought a game from GoodKeyShop on Difmark and got a password and username for an account. It worked but if somebody else would also log into the account I would get kicked out while playing. After 2 years I got kicked automatically out of the account because somebody changed the password. I tried to get in contact with the seller and with difmark. Difmark only sended a message to the seller and closed my complaint after that. The seller told me it was my own fault because I logged out. What a complete shitshow. Don't trust these scammers.

Watch out. They claim to be a platform to sell digital goods as a marketplace between a seller and customer. But if there is any complication with the seller diffmark is of zero use, rejects reasonable causes and every contact with them includes huge waiting times until they reply. Avoid buying items from this store - fraud!

Scammers, the seller(s) as well as the website support! In the beginning of January I ordered FC24 after reading the reviews of this website and the terms of their website and the seller very carefully. Still I got scammed, so beware their 5 star reviews are most likely fake. This is the story: I ordered FC24 on 7 January from GoodKeyShop. With the terms that I would get my own Steam account and I would be able to play online. The delivery should've taken 1 hour, but it took many hours. After logged in to the Steam account he had given me and downloading the game, I tried to launch the game. But sadly, this didn't work. To play FC24 on Steam, you need to connect your Steam account to your EA app account, which was already done by another buyer. Also, I saw that many people were logged on into this account and there were already many hours played with FC24 from other buyers. There was no way to connect the account's library to my own, or to start the game (not even offline). So, I received login credentials from a Steam account that had FC24 on it, but because you can only connect 1 EA account to your Steam Account, I was never able to play it. Neither from that account, nor from my own account. That day I directly told the seller about this problem. Also the day after, that day after etc. He never responded! So after the first 24 hours I was able to start a case so the website support could solve this problem. Which I was convinced of would be an easy case to solve for them. But nothing happened, after a few weeks I was able to escalate the case to a "claim". But also within the days the support should be acting on it, they didn't. I just heard completely nothing. So I escalated the case again.. Then finally 22 January the seller contacted me with a pre-made copy&paste template to offer me another game for the same price. Which, ofcourse, I couldn't accept, because I don't play any other game these days. Also, I bought FC24, so I wrote him back that the only solution would be to give me where I paid for, or to give me a refund. Then he started to ignore me again and now I'm still with nothing. So I decided to contact support with their support chat, and they just ignored me, like many other times happened as well when I was trying to solve this problem through the chat. So, in the end, no FC24, no support from the seller, no support from the Difmark, lost a lot of time, and I should've believed the negative reviews more than the positive ones, but yeah, when you really want to believe something you will find a way haha. Let this be a lesson to every one of you that tries to buy something on this website, whether it's an account, a key or something else, you will get treated bad by the website, so once anything goes wrong, don't expect to ever receive your money back.

What a big big scam. Never buy there from the seller GOODKEYSHOP. He give only a shared login, so you dont own the game. The account uses 2FA , so i never can login. Customer service is a disaster. All the reviews for that seller on the website are fake . Dont buy, coz you cant login and never see your money back.

SCAM - DO NOT BUY HERE! This platform has a bunch of sellers, that all have the same problem - they sell public accounts and you can't be sure, that you will be able to access it in several month. READ THE REVIEWS OF ACTUAL PEOPLE THERE AND DO NOT TRUST SHORT FAKE REVIEWS!!! I have purchased the game (DON'T BUY FROM THE "GoodKeyShop" SELLER!) and the seller was able to provide the credentials only after 2 days. After I tried to log in, it showed, that this account requires 2 factor authentication through the corresponding mobile number. The seller replied once a day and it was impossible to communicate with him and get a verification code. After 3 days of trying, I have created a Case #32072 and laimed for a refund. The system has fake timers that do nothing after expiration. The dispute has been created almost 10 days ago and nothing has been done since that time. I have written multiple times to the support chat and got only useless replies, that "we will provide information as soon as possible, bla-bla-bla". It seems, that I have been blocked on the site and not the actual chat is not shown to me (only message, that "we will get back to you"). PLATFORM MADE BY SCAMMERS FOR SCAMMERS, DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!!!

SCAM! Bought a steam account, delivery time was 1 hour, I never even received anything, not even response from seller. After that I contacted support and they are just ignoring me at this point. Stay away from this site.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from GoodKeyShop and Difmark. I was promised a game key within 15 minutes after my purchase, but I have not received it even after six hours. Moreover, my attempts to contact the reseller have gone unanswered. Difmark has explained the delay, stating that orders are taking longer than usual to ship due to the winter season. However, this explanation is ludicrous, especially for a virtual product like a game key. As a customer, I believe it is Difmark's responsibility to ensure that retailers advertising on their platform are reliable and honour their promises. I have requested that Difmark resolve this matter and take action with the reseller GoodKeyShop to avoid similar problems in the future, but I have not received any response so far.

Just don't go there. I've now waited 2 days for a digital download which they advertise as 'normally takes 3-5 minutes to expedite'. Each time I request an update, the auto-response which comes back is 'We're busy'. Terrible company, awful customer service. BE WARNED NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I buy a steam account with a game on it. But I don't get all the info. Only the login. Not the email address and password of the email address. So I can't make the account mine. With this information I cannot change the email address to my email address and password. So the seller has full control over the steam account. He can change the password himself or simply sell the account after a while I asked twice for this information but he refused to give it/

I got scammed, bought UFC2 PS4 CD key, got an account that didnt even work after 8 H of waiting (while it said 1 H max) and when I try to get help, the seller ignores me and difmark help team tells me to go F myself.

I bought a key for CorelDraw 2021 - I received a key for CorelDraw 2022 - the seller writes that this is what I bought, even though the picture and the title of what I bought are different. Support, who is probably a bot, replies that I must read clearly what I am buying :D So Support does not exist, refunds do not exist according to their regulations - there is no option to receive a refund. Fraud!!
