I was simply trying to make a profit, and suddenly, getting my money back from this company seemed impossible. It wasn’t until the company stepped in that I was finally able to get a refund. This is a terrible company. Order a screen for my table. Got and did exactly what their website says β€œ hook up the ribbons and verify it works” did that and only had grey lines. So I mailed it back in the same condition as I received it and they said it was damage so nothing they can do. I paid extra to go with this company because of the β€œlifetime warranty” find a different company

These guys sold us over a $100 of items, took money and nothing. No way to get a hold of anyone. So frustrating.

I purchased a replacement screen for my Iphone. It did not work. I tried to call for a refund/replacement. There Phone number for customer service is a recording referring you back to the website. I tried to contact per the website, I got an auto mated reply to help me troubleshoot. I again tried to contact and Again I got an automated reply. Bottom line is you cannot get a hold of a live person. I have Paypal now trying to get my refund!

I placed my order 28 days ago, I have not received my order, the company does not reply to my emails, they do not answer their phones, and the do not respond to "live chat" NOT NOT ORDER from digital supply USA!!!!!!!

ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I LOST 200 DOLLARS!!! NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO YOU THROUGH EMAILS!! ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE.

Ordered an item and 10 days later I can't call them or chat. Multi hour delay on responses to find out the part is out of stock. Took the money and never notified the item was out of stock.

Scammed. Like others, believed the lifetime warranty and then the screen had pixel problems shortly after. Basically they say if you even OPEN the product then they don't have to honor the warranty. Every point of contact I had with them shows a scam. First didn't send product. Then sent a fake item. Then found out it was a crappy part. Old part works, their POC part does not. Reviews are faked or left before things go wrong (can't go back and edit them). They say you are protected if you pay through amazon, but you are not. Total theft.

Digital Supply advertises with a lifetime warranty due to their superior quality. I did order a iPhone XR screen replacement and installed it. Worked fine for about ten months. Then the screen lost colors. First intermittently then permanetly. Installing the old cracked screen proved it is not a connection issue (old screen still worked, just cracked glass), but evidently a defect with the replacement screen. When opening the phone to remove the replacement screen I found multiple loose screws inside all coming from that replacement screen. When I inquired for a replacement with Digital Supply per their lifetime warranty, I was told that the warranty ends once the screen is installed. I argued that it is not a lifetime warranty then. Digital supply refuses to honor their advertised warranty, by sending a replacement or issuing a refund. IMHO that is false advertisement and deceiving customers. Will never buy from Digital Supply again.

this business cheating people! i ordered a note 8 lcd screen replacement. on their website there was samsung service pack photo and it was saying oem quality.. it came with unbranded box with a Chinese product. touch screen was terrible and had dead spots and sort of stains. now I've been waiting for a month to get my money back but they just don't refund it... they also show only 5 star reviews on their website... i can't believe this !

I was sent faulty screen that fails upon installation, we work with multiple companies for screen repair parts and are used to issue with third party parts. Contacted company to see about replacement. Was told they will not offer replacements until item is sent back to them at our cost for verification of fault. They also will not tell you what the process in the verification. No mention of what happens to the product if they deem it not covered and what will be done to make the situation right.

Replaced the digitizer on my iPhone X. Almost immediately the keyboard would not respond properly to keys pressed. Also phone would freeze at any given point. Reached out to customer support to see if they could be any help and I would need to send the screen back and wait for a decision to be made. That really isn’t practical for me. Just ordered a new oem digitizer. Will not purchase from site again.

horrible experience!!! their site has fake reviews and they use a fake customer representative. they mailed me defective items and wouldn't keep there word on exchanging or refunding. please don't use them!!!!!! they don't care about the consumer!!!! use platforms like amazon or ebay because there will be mediators for issues such as this.

I placed an order on 09SEP19 and expected regular updates (since I clicked on their "Keep me informed" button that was supposed to text me updates). By 07OCT19, I decided to send a quick message to customer service to find out some sort of status (since I didn't receive ANY type of update, much less know if they even received the order). The response (from "Tracy") was, "The system shows that the item shipped out successfully but you should have received it by now. It may be lost in transit. I have dispatched a replacement to you. It should arrive soon." No kidding (that was a cut and paste of the original message sent to me. They had NO tracking number. There was NO follow-up with me, and then the galling response of "It should arrive soon." When I asked for a specific day it would arrive and a tracking number, my message was ignored. ONLY after filing a grievance PayPal did I get a USPS tracking number and anticipated delivery date (BTW - After they received the notice from PayPal, it took only TWO days to get my order - things that make you go, hmmmmm). It doesn't stop there... I placed another order (not by choice, but forced to use their site) and sent a message to customer service the next day to ask the status of the order (in case it "got lost" again) with three questions: "1 - Is order #160870 in your system? 2 - What is the expected time to ship it from your facility? 3 - What is the tracking number and when will you send me this information?" I just got their response less than an hour ago and here it is: "Hi! Due to your high expectations and the feedback you previously gave us I have canceled the order and issued a full refund. This will give you the freedom to find another supplier that is a better fit for you. Thank you!" No kidding!!! Another cut and paste from their message. I don't recommend doing ANY sort of business with these people. Apparently, asking for tracking information, keeping a client informed and providing good customer service is too much like work for them. I placed an order with a different company and was IMMEDIATELY given an order status and tracking number. I'll NEVER go back to these people again. If it were possible, I wouldn't leave them ANY stars - THAT'S how bad they are.
