“Ordered a DAB external aerial from them and quoted black cable in comments as per Ebay instruction. Arrived with white cable in a sealed box obviously direct from the manufacturer and thwey insisted I had never asked for black cable. Therefore purchasing the correct cable from Screwfix cancelled any savings.”

“Ordered off eBay. Listing advertised next day delivery extremely prominently, and I ordered the speakers based on the fact I'd be able to get them so quickly. The speakers have yet to arrive, 48hrs after ordering, and I've been told by Digitalis that it's highly unlikely that I'll receive them for another 72hrs. When questioned, I was told that there were aware that their chosen delivery firm is currently unable to meet the 24hr SLA, but that apparently this did not warrant updating the listing. I then got a snotty, unprofessional response, stating I should consider myself lucky to be getting the product at all. Ample opportunity was afforded to rectify this appalling state of affairs, but all offers to provide a resolution were refused. This was my first experience purchasing from Digitalis, and it will most definitely be my last.”
