“Poor customer service from the start....They take a long time to reply to emails.....Took out the extra warranty for £100 and they say they have recommended garages to take your bike to.....None of these are aware of any communication with Direct bikes....In fact some refuse to even repair them..........When you have had the bike for 3 years it needs an MOT......You may as well dump it in a ditch because you will have nothing but electrical faults....Faulty switches and difficulty starting it...”
