“The service over the phone was very helpful and effective. I ordered 2 Ghost armchairs Kartell style and 6 simple one. Firstly, the chairs were delivered exactly when told, secondly the chairs were extremely well wrapped. The chairs look very effective, are quite steady and are of good quality. So far, I am very pleased with my purchased from MDM.”

“Totally satisfied with the service and product. The chair I originally ordered was sent promptly. However this turned out to be the wrong shade of red and MDM sent a replacement chair straightaway. Delivery was by Interlink who are reliable, helpful and available to speak to by phone. Unlike a lot of other courier companies. My Eames style rocking chair was easy to assemble and looks fab.”

“Hi, Your customer service has been really reactive and helpful regarding the poor delivery service I got from Interlink (extra fees paid for a Sunday delivery that never happened, then rescheduled but no delivery as the driver could not find my address but did not call me, rescheduled for the 3rd time_hopefully the last one)”

“Ok I am very nervous about ordering this that have to be delivered by Courier . Needn't have been . MDM sent me a text to let me know what day they were being delivered then text to let me know an hour time slot... brilliant.and they arrived within that hour. I ordered my chairs on a Sunday and they arrived on the Tuesday with free delivery.The chairs are fantastic, were a very good price and they look great on my deck.All in all a great service from MDM. I would certainly recommend them and I would happily buy from them again .”
