“Easy to navigate web site and delivery was on a timed slot which was helpful for making sure I was home to receive the delivery. Item was perfectly packaged and exactly as described on the web site.”

“I ordered 6 of the white DSW chairs. They arrived promptly and look great. When one of the chairs didn't assemble correctly, I contacted MDM and they sent a courier to both collect the chair and deliver a replacement the next business day - doesn't get much better than that. Absolutely fantastic customer service - wouldn't hesitate to use MDM again or to recommend to friends and family!”

“The items were cheaper than the identical units we were replacing from another supplier but they arrived the day after we ordered them and they are exactly as expected. So, it is 5 stars for the products and 5 stars for their customer service. Will certainly be happy to buy from MDM again based on this experience (accepting that we do not know how effective their customer service would be in the case of a product fault or return but we have no reason to doubt this)”
